Neighborhood Development Alliance partners with smaller land owners in Idaho to help address the affordable housing shortage. Rather than selling their entire property to a developer, we make it possible for select property owners to stay in their existing home while we develop their under utilized space.

One of Our Projects

This 3D Bing map of one project we did in Boise shows where we were able to turn an oversized back yard into three new homes that now house three happy families. The arial photography airplane flew over when the landscaping was being worked on.

We Listen

Every property is different and requires that we take many influencing factors into account including the desires of the original property owner.

Purpose

We’ve built several custom homes around the Treasure Valley and love being a part of the housing shortage solution while benefiting property owners at the same time.

Challenges

Every project always has a few hurdles to overcome. We’re creative minded and we don’t give up when a curveball is thrown. Seeing the project through to success is well worth the effort.

Boise North-End Custom Home –>

  • This home we designed and built has a detached 2 car garage behind it.
  • It was important to fit in with the neighborhood while adding to it’s charm.
  • The neighbors were very happy to see the improvement from what was there before.

<– South Meridian Country Home

  • Though our plan is not to build a bunch of huge houses, this custom home we built shows our breadth of experience in diverse properties.
  • No city water and sewer out here. This one required a new well and septic system.
  • From an empty field to a full estate property.
