Neighborhood Development Alliance works with small land owners in Boise to create new infill projects that make good use of unused ground to house more of us pesky humans that need it.

A Couple of Our Projects

This arial photo above shows a nice little infill development of ours in West Boise. It’s currently being built out to house a minimum of 6 families, with a mix of housing types and sizes.

This 3D Bing map of one project we completed in Boise shows where we were able to turn an oversized back yard into three new homes that now house three happy families. The arial photography airplane flew over when the landscaping was being done.

We Listen

Every property is different and requires that we take many influencing factors into account including the desires of the neighboring property owners.

Purpose

We’ve built several custom homes around the Treasure Valley and love being a part of the housing shortage solution while benefiting property owners at the same time.

Challenges

Every project always has a few hurdles to overcome. We’re creative minded and we don’t give up when a curveball is thrown. Seeing the project through to success is well worth the effort.

Boise North-End Custom Home –>

  • This home we designed and built has a detached 2 car garage behind it.
  • It was important to fit in with the neighborhood while adding to it’s charm.
  • The neighbors were very happy to see the improvement from what was there before.

<– Boise Remodel

  • Often our projects have an existing home that needs a remodel before housing a new family like this one in our current West Boise project.
  • Improving the look and feel of the neighborhood as we build makes the existing neighbors happy.
  • Notice the extra wide sidewalk we built in front.

West Boise Custom Home –>

  • This home we’re building now in the project at the top of the page has a full vault from front to back including the garage which is not pictured.
  • Slab on Grade is the foundation of choice here. No crawl space to worry about at all.
  • The HVAC is a very efficient ductless mini-split system

<– South Meridian Country Home

  • Though our plan is not to build a bunch of huge houses, this custom home we built shows our breadth of experience in diverse properties.
  • No city water and sewer out here. This one required a new well and septic system.
  • From an empty field to a full estate property.
